Wow, yep, WOW!!

Got back from Italy late Thursday evening, and WOW doesn’t say enough!

The trip started with a few days in the Assisi area of Italy.  Going to Assisi has been a dream of mine for several years.

Went spent most of the day there, and it was NO WHERE NEAR enough time!

From there we went on to a couple of other cities, ending in Rome.  At Rome we saw several great sites, including the Pantheon:

and the Coliseum

Two days left!

This time Monday I will be on the road heading to the airport to head to Rome!  Very excited about this for some reason and can’t wait to get there and visit Rome, Assisi, Loreto, Siena, and Orvieto!  Plus I get to be on Saint Peter’s Square (or close to it?) for the Canonization of two Popes!  What an experience I am sure!

My photo Gallery will get a bug bump of pictures from this trip I am sure!
